About these terms
This website is operated by Sky416 Solutions. By using it you agree to what follows. If you do not, please do not use the site.
Information on this site
Prices, timelines, inclusions and response targets published here are current at the time of writing and are the basis on which we quote. They are not a binding offer: the quote we give you in writing is. Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
Nothing on this site is legal, accounting or compliance advice. Where we describe how a practice relates to privacy law, that is informational. We are not auditors and we do not issue certifications.
The email security check
The check reads public DNS records for a domain you enter and reports what it finds. It is offered free and as-is, for information.
- It reads public records only. It does not log into anything, scan a network, or access any mailbox.
- A clean result means the specific records we check look correct. It is not an assurance that your email is secure, and it is not a substitute for a security review.
- For some mail providers, DKIM cannot be verified automatically. The result says so rather than guessing.
- Please run it on domains you own or administer. We rate limit the tool and may block automated use.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, get around its rate limits or security measures, scrape it at volume, or use the forms to send unsolicited commercial messages.
Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this site belong to Sky416 Solutions, apart from third-party names and marks, which belong to their owners and are used only to describe what we work with. Referring to a product does not imply that its vendor endorses us.
Links to other sites
We link to third-party sites where it is useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site or from reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
