Need coverage outside business hours?

Add after-hours support. Every call is triaged by a senior technician, and we agree the details with you up front — escalation paths, contacts and what counts as critical.

It covers evenings, weekends and holidays for critical issues, remote first. If something genuinely needs hands on site, after-hours onsite is $225/hour with a one-hour minimum.

$20 / user / month

Minimum $150/month. Available on either plan. 2-hour first response for critical issues.

What is not included

Listed plainly, because a vague "unlimited support" promise only ever gets argued about later. These are quoted or billed hourly, always with your approval first.

  • Projects — new networks, office moves, migrations, phone systems, server replacement
  • Hardware and software purchases
  • Same-day emergency onsite
  • After-hours work, unless you add the after-hours add-on
  • Training sessions longer than 30 minutes
  • Business-system builds
  • Website changes
  • Recovery from unsupported devices or software installed against advice

Response targets

First response during business hours. Support Mon–Fri, 8 am–6 pm. After-hours support available as an add-on.
Priority Example First response
Critical Office can’t work; email down for everyone 2 business hours
High One person can’t work 4 business hours
Normal Annoying but workable 1 business day
Critical (after-hours add-on) Evenings, weekends and holidays — critical issues, remote first 2 hours

Estimate your monthly fee

A working estimate, not a quote — it applies the plan rate, your term, the plan minimum and any add-ons. We confirm the real number after a call.

A named person with an email account. Shared mailboxes are free.
$90/device under management. Leave at 0 if none.
Add-ons

Estimates exclude projects, hardware and anything on the "not included" list. Book a call for a real quote.

How onboarding works

Four steps, usually two to three weeks. We do not take over support until the first three are done — inheriting a setup nobody has documented is how things get missed.

  1. Assessment

We look at what you have: accounts, devices, network, backups, licences and who has admin rights.

  2. Access and documentation

We recover and document control of your domain, tenant, network gear and vendor accounts, and write down how it all fits together.

  3. Security baseline

MFA everywhere, admin accounts cleaned up, endpoint protection deployed, backups verified by restoring something.

  4. Ongoing support

One monthly fee, a named senior technician, and a documented setup that does not live in anyone’s head.

Common questions

Do I need an annual contract?

No. Choose an annual term for the best price, or month-to-month for 20% more. Both are billed monthly. Month-to-month plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.

What does the monthly fee cover?

Day-to-day IT: unlimited remote support during business hours, monitoring and patching, your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace accounts, adding and removing staff, replacement laptop setup, and dealing with your ISP, printer lessor and software vendors. Projects, hardware purchases and after-hours work are quoted separately, and we list exactly what falls outside the fee rather than leaving it vague.

Do you offer after-hours support?

Yes, as an add-on at $20/user/month with a $150/month minimum. It covers evenings, weekends and holidays for critical issues, remote first, with a 2-hour first-response target. Every call is triaged by a senior technician, and we agree the details with you up front — escalation paths, contacts and what counts as critical. Without the add-on, support mon–fri, 8 am–6 pm. after-hours support available as an add-on.

Can you take over from our current IT provider?

Yes, and it is a normal part of onboarding. We start with an assessment, then recover and document access to your domain, tenant, network gear and vendor accounts, put a security baseline in place, and only then take over day-to-day support. We do not need your current provider to cooperate, though it goes faster when they do.

What counts as a user?

A named person with an email account. Shared mailboxes, distribution lists and service accounts are free — you are not charged for info@ or accounts@.

Remote or Complete — which one?

Remote suits offices whose problems are mostly software and cloud, and who are happy to pay hourly on the rare onsite visit. Complete suits offices with their own network gear, a server or NAS, or anyone who would rather never see a separate invoice. If you are not sure, book a call and we will tell you which one actually fits — including when the answer is Remote.

Do you come onsite?

Yes. On Complete Support, scheduled onsite visits in our service area are included and booked within 1–2 business days. On Remote Support they are billed hourly at $135. Based in Richmond Hill, serving the GTA — and further out by arrangement.

How does after-hours support work?

You add it per user, and it covers critical issues outside business hours — remote first, with an onsite call-out at $225/hour if it genuinely needs hands on site. Every call is triaged by a senior technician. Before it starts we agree what counts as critical for your business, who can raise one, and how to reach us, so nobody is guessing at 9pm.

What if something is not covered?

We tell you before we start, quote it, and get your approval. Out-of-scope work for plan clients is $135/hour. There are no surprise line items on your invoice.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes. Choose an annual term for the best price, or month-to-month for 20% more. Both are billed monthly. Month-to-month plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Moving from month-to-month to an annual term drops your per-user rate at the next billing date.

Not sure what you need? Start with a call.

Twenty minutes, no obligation. Tell us what is breaking and we will tell you what it would take to fix it — including when the answer is that you do not need us.
