Problems we fix
If any of these sound familiar, they are all fixable, and none of them are your fault.
Email that gets spoofed or lands in spam
Someone sends your clients a fake invoice from an address that looks like yours, or your own mail stops arriving. Both usually trace back to the same three DNS records.
Wi-Fi that drops in the back office
One corner of the office loses the connection every afternoon and nobody can say why. It is rarely the router everyone blames.
Five vendors and nobody owns the problem
The phone company blames the internet provider, who blames the firewall, who blames the software vendor. Meanwhile nothing works and you are the one chasing it.
You bought Copilot and nobody uses it
The licences went out, a couple of people tried it, and it quietly became another line on the invoice.
One call for all of it
Seven things most small businesses buy from five different companies. We handle them together, which is the only way the pieces actually fit.

We run it
One monthly fee, a named senior technician, and no invoice for every ticket.
Plans from $85 per user
Flat monthly support, annual or month-to-month. Remote Support from $85/user, Complete Support from $125/user, both with a monthly minimum so small offices are not subsidised by large ones.
Choose an annual term for the best price, or month-to-month for 20% more. Both are billed monthly. Month-to-month plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
Thinking about Copilot or Gemini?
AI can see whatever your staff can see. We clean up access first, then roll it out to the people who will actually use it — and tell you at 90 days which licences to drop.
AI Readiness Assessment from $1,250, credited toward the rollout.
Common questions
Do I need an annual contract?
No. Choose an annual term for the best price, or month-to-month for 20% more. Both are billed monthly. Month-to-month plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Day-to-day IT: unlimited remote support during business hours, monitoring and patching, your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace accounts, adding and removing staff, replacement laptop setup, and dealing with your ISP, printer lessor and software vendors. Projects, hardware purchases and after-hours work are quoted separately, and we list exactly what falls outside the fee rather than leaving it vague.
Do you offer after-hours support?
Yes, as an add-on at $20/user/month with a $150/month minimum. It covers evenings, weekends and holidays for critical issues, remote first, with a 2-hour first-response target. Every call is triaged by a senior technician, and we agree the details with you up front — escalation paths, contacts and what counts as critical. Without the add-on, support mon–fri, 8 am–6 pm. after-hours support available as an add-on.
Can you take over from our current IT provider?
Yes, and it is a normal part of onboarding. We start with an assessment, then recover and document access to your domain, tenant, network gear and vendor accounts, put a security baseline in place, and only then take over day-to-day support. We do not need your current provider to cooperate, though it goes faster when they do.
Do you work with Google Workspace?
Yes. We support Google Workspace on both Managed Support plans — setup, administration, security settings, migrations and Gemini rollout. You buy Workspace directly from Google and keep it on your own account; we act as your administrator. We resell Microsoft licensing, not Google.
