Networks and firewalls
Business-grade switching and firewalls, VLANs where they earn their keep, remote access that does not depend on one person’s laptop. Specified for the office you have, not the one a datasheet imagines.
Wi-Fi
Site survey, access point placement, channel planning and the boring part everyone skips: checking coverage in the corners people actually sit in. Most "slow Wi-Fi" is a coverage or interference problem, not a bandwidth one.
Office setup and moves
Cabling coordinated with licensed contractors, internet ordered early enough to actually arrive, equipment moved and tested over a weekend so Monday works. Moves fail on lead times more than on technology.
Phones (Teams Phone and VoIP)
Number porting, call flows, voicemail, hunt groups and desk phones or softphones. Porting is the slow step and we start it first.
Servers, NAS and backup
On-premises servers where they still make sense, NAS for the file data that should not live in the cloud, and backup that has been restored from at least once.
Hardware procurement
Business-grade Dell, Lenovo and HP with proper warranties, specified for the work and bought at a price we show you. Consumer laptops bought on sale are the most expensive hardware a small business buys.

Cameras and access control
Avigilon video surveillance and door access: system configuration, camera and door setup, credentials, remote viewing and firmware. We specify, coordinate and commission; the physical installation and cabling are done by licensed low-voltage contractors.
What it costs
Projects are quoted per project after the audit — a fixed number you can budget against, not an hourly estimate that drifts.
- Project and out-of-scope work for plan clients: $135/hour
- Pay-as-you-go for non-plan clients: $160/hour, 1-hour minimum
- After-hours or same-day emergency: $225/hour, 1-hour minimum
Hardware is quoted at cost plus a stated margin, with the actual quote shown to you.
